Picnic Food | BLT Pasta Salad
An all around favorite pasta salad. Great for BBQ's + Picnics!
* Pack in our adorable Le Parfait Jars + put in cooler over ice! *
One 16 ounce box of cooked pasta - your choice.
1/2 to 1 Pack of bacon (we use Wright's) - cooked + chopped.
Small cubed cheddar cheese - approx. 1 & 1/2 cup
2 cups of chopped green lettuce or romaine.
Chopped tomato - approx. 1 & 1/2 cups
1 package of dry ranch dressing
1 & 1/2 cup mayo
1/2 c sour cream
Mix ranch, mayo + sour cream in small bowl. set aside.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl + pour dressing over salad.
Toss gently.
