Pesche al Forno | Baked Amaretto Peaches
Whisk away to the tuscan coast with this simple & delicious italian dessert!

What you'll need:
4-6 ripe peaches
1 cup of crushed ladyfingers or amaretto cookies
3 T sugar
8-12 Tsp amaretto liqueur
a few pats of butter / enough to place a small Pat on each peach
whipped cream / optional

Assemble:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut peaches in half / scoop out the pit and the flesh around it.
Place peaches cut side up in a baking dish.
Combine crushed cookies + sugar / fill peaches with mixture.
Top each peach with 1 teaspoon of amaretto & a small pat of butter
Bake until soft / 45- 60 mins
Serve warm with whipped cream!
