Holiday Baking | Chocolate Chip Shortbread
Buttery, delicate and delicious!
Ingredients:
1 cup { 2 sticks } softened butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup chocolate chips 
Let's get baking-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cream butter and sugar with mixer at low-med speed until light + fluffy.
Slowly adding flour until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips by hand.
Shape teaspoonfuls of dough into balls. 
{ I like to flatten them a bit with my fingers for a flatter cookie, but you do you. }
Bake for 13-15 mins - { do not over bake -- we're not browning them. }
Cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing.
