Dried Oranges

Create: No. 29 | Dried Oranges

Dried Oranges.

They’re so pretty and perfect to add a little sweetness to fall, christmas and winter decor. You can scatter them, display them in a glass vase/jar, or make hanging garland.
For a warm + cozy home, add some with cinnamon sticks & cloves in water for a simmer pot.
All it takes is a couple oranges and few hours of your day.
Here we go -
Slice 2-3 oranges pretty thin. (1/4 inch)
Add a single layer of oranges to parchment lined baking sheets + blot with paper towel to soak up the juices.
Bake in 200 degree over for about 2-3 hours.
Check on them periodically.
You want them dry but not burnt.
I personally like variations of color, so I like to pull some out
once they're pretty dry and let some linger longer.
