Chaider (Hot or Iced)
Serves: 1–2

Ingredients:Ā 

• 1 cup apple cider (fresh or store-bought)

• 1 cup chai tea concentrate (like Tazo or homemade)

• Optional: a splash of milk or cream (for a creamier version)

• Optional garnish: cinnamon stick, star anise, or a slice of apple


Instructions:Ā 


For Hot Chaider:

1. In a small pot, combine equal parts cider and chai concentrate.

2. Heat over medium until steaming hot (do not boil).

3. Pour into your favorite mug.

4. Add a splash of milk or cream if you like it creamy.

5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or apple slice.


For Iced Chaider:

1. Fill a glass with ice.

2. Mix equal parts cold apple cider and chai concentrate.

3. Stir and top with a little milk or whipped cream if desired.

4. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
